[Formal Notice From Voyage Order Campaign]
Main Point (metagame):
- In preparation for sea voyage to beyond the ocean, VOC will divide their ranks into flotillas of ship, with different departure times for each flotilla.
- Certain groups of VOC will be given permission to organize their own ship and form their own flotilla.
- The detail of permission/authority given to each group is as follows:
-- Group Influence Rating of 2 = Gain access to Carrack (Large capacity and sturdy; but slower).
-- Group Influence Rating of 1 = Gain access to Caravelle (Smaller cargo and less sturdy, but faster and has better maneuverability)
-- Group Influence Rating of 0 = Must join other group's ship
- With respective groups' agreement, two or more groups can combine their Influence Rating to get larger ship.
- The groups who attend the closing event will depart as one flotilla.
- Each group (and joint-group) must report their ship arrangement to CGM of Thellia (Norowas/_evawan_).
Flavor-wise related:
- Carrack(s) will be provided by the main shipyards of VOC-Thellia Kingdom, either by:
1) Providing the ship directly, or
2) Permission to use the facilities of VOC-Thellia Kingdom main shipyards for manufacturing your own ship.
- Caravelle(s) will be mainly provided by the main shipyards of VOC-Thellia Kingdom. Each group with access to Caravelle may contact DM of Cape Cauldron, Lucent Teal, or La Soixante for special/personal request
