1. Install latest optifine https://optifine.net/downloads
2. Go to %appdata%/.minecraft
3. Create folder "shaderpacks"
4. Download the Shaderpack, chose any version you like, from here https://sildurs-shaders.github.io/downloads/
5. Put the zip (DON'T EXTRACT) inside the folder "shaderpacks"
6. Open Minecraft Launcher (it will now offer an optifine version that's selected by default, just start it)
7. Go to Options -> Video Settings -> Shaders -> Select "Sildurs Vibrant Shaders..."
8. Done!
Also maybe change UI Scale in Video Settings to 3 or so, it's very big by default
