🔥 Ground Turkey Cauliflower Rice Bowl (Spicy Edition)
 Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
 🥩 Ingredients
	•	1 lb (16 oz) lean ground turkey (93% or 99% lean)
	•	2 packs frozen cauliflower rice (about 20 oz total)
	•	1 tbsp olive oil
	•	2 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 tsp pre-chopped garlic in olive oil)
	•	1/2 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
	•	1/2 tsp salt
	•	1/2 tsp black pepper
	•	1 tsp chili flakes (adjust for heat)
	•	1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
	•	1 tsp hot sauce (like El Yucateco or Sriracha)
	•	1/2 tsp smoked paprika
	•	Optional: chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish
 🍳 Instructions
	1.	Cook the turkey:
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no pink remains (about 7–8 minutes).
	2.	Add flavor:
Stir in garlic, onion (if using), salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
Cook another 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
	3.	Add cauliflower rice:
Microwave or steam the frozen cauliflower rice until hot (per bag instructions), then add it to the pan.
Mix well to coat in flavor. Let it cook another 3–4 minutes to let moisture evaporate and flavor blend.
	4.	Finish & serve:
Adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with green onions or cilantro. Serve warm.
