Ghana Deserves Better Professional Groups "We are here first to help get Marricke Kofi Gane elected, yet as there is a lot to be done, we recognise the need to break into small focus groups. If You See a Problem, Flag It and notifying an Admin/Moderator. Admins/Moderators have special authority; they are responsible for this forum. With your help, admins/moderators can be community facilitators, not just janitors or police. When you see bad behavior, don’t reply. It encourages the bad behavior by acknowledging it, consumes your energy, and wastes everyone’s time. Just flag it by notifying the Admin/Moderator. (FORWARD THE OFFENDING POST TO AN ADMIN TO BE HANDLED AND ALSO TELL US WHICH CHAT IS IS HAPPENING IN) As we grow managing all the chats will become more difficult but we have solutions for that too. If enough flags accrue, action will be taken, either automatically or by admin/moderator intervention. Admins/Moderators preview official Ghana Deserves Better content only and share these as official posts within the group. However, this is not the case with posts made by non Admin accounts within the platform. In order to maintain the integrity of our community, admins/moderators do reserve the right to ask any user account to remove any content at any time if content is not in alignment with the group’s purpose. Please continue to do your best to keep discussions being had in alignment with the purpose of the group. Let’s leave our community better than we found it.
