Setting Up Gemini Integrations  

Access the Google Admin Console (admin privileges required).  
Navigate to Generative AI > Gemini App and enable beta features.  
In Gemini’s settings, turn on productivity tools to connect Gmail, Docs, and Drive.  



Three Productivity Workflows  

1. Notebook LM + Gemini Workflow  

Copy-paste research notes from Notebook LM into Gemini, convert them into a Google Doc, and reference them seamlessly in future queries.  

2. Gmail Newsletter Summarization  

Use Gemini to scan AI newsletters, identify trending topics, and generate a meeting brief in Google Docs format.  

3. Inbox Prioritization  

A "motherlode" prompt helps Gemini sort unread emails by urgency, flagging critical responses while filtering spam.  




Additional Features & Limitations  

Calendar integration allows event searches but can’t yet manage invites.  
Docs & Gmail support reading/summarizing but not yet writing/sending.  
Deep Research expands meeting briefs with up-to-date analysis and even generates audio summaries.
