Cult of Rakdos:
 Food & Cuisine:
The Cult of Rakdos probably has the best or second best chefs in all of Ravnica (depending on who you ask). They prepare even the simplest foodstuffs and give them overwhelming flavor, to the point where it can shock the unprepared. Even the stuff they sell in carts around their shows, while cheap and of low quality, can easily compete with a lot of mid-tier restaurants and some top-tier ones. The stuff inside... well, there's some reasons why the other guilds tolerate the Rakdos. This is one of them.
Drug and alcohol use is encouraged. Drug and alcohol abuse is encouraged. Rakdos cultists will wander around shows offering free samples. The temperature will be high and the alcoholic beverages will be colored to make them appear cool and refreshing. Free samples are going to usually be laced with something to make things more interesting (hallucinogens are a favorite). The stuff you pay for will generally be free of drugs, unless you say something to the nature "please don't put drugs in this," at which point they will put drugs in it. Or if they recognize you as an Azorius or Boros.
 Leisure & Recreation:
	Yes.
More specifically, anything and everything, though it's a question of whether you're good enough to partake. Unlike the Orzhov Syndicate wealth isn't a major factor (although the Cult of Rakdos' leadership isn't stupid and is willing to take money), but things like being entertaining, or simply powering your way in is definitely acceptable. Other than that, the Rakdos lean towards the more overt and vulgar entertainment, but there are actually very acceptable Rakdos-run teahouses in respectable neighborhoods, where the most scandalous thing would be if the tea wasn't the right temperature. Whether or not the teahouse has a secret sex dungeon is up to the discrection of the owner (but odds are, the answer is yes) and that regular clientele visits both.
 Friendship and Conflict:
Rakdos love drama. Friendships are made and broken constantly, with cutlery, plates, bodyparts, and magic flying everywhere. Reasons for friendship and enmity are as varied as life itself, and generally the Cult of Rakdos doesn't spend much time thinking about it either. As a Cult poet once said: "Some people come together, some people come apart, some people will be used to make a new work of art."
Disagreements generally are solved before a panel of judges, anywhere from three to seven. Any of them can get either of the party to perform for them, or make an impassioned speech - entirely up to the discretion of the judges. Then they all get together and discuss who made the greater impression. This usually leads to more arguing between the judges, so more judges are called, and this process continues until some kind of resolution has been found and so long as it was entertaining.
 Relationships and Sexuality:
Rakdos thrive on the new and exciting. Generally speaking they embrace and encourage non-traditional gender and sexuality. They would never enforce it, of course. Polyamory and polygamy is encouraged as well, as is just sleeping around, in whatever combination and permutations everyone wishes. That being said, the dark side of the Rakdos that consent isn't that big of a thing - if you're strong you do whatever, if you're weak, whatever is done to you. At the same time, Cultists always remember that there's someone stronger. Species, gender, shape, age, living status, anything is no barrier either. ((If you're familiar with Warhammer, and think Slaanesh, you'll be right on the money.))
Romance is actually more nuanced than people might think based on the previous paragrpah. Because they're a bunch of drama queens and kings, romances tend to be tempestuous affairs. Despite this, a relationship that can survive the constant overwhelming unrestrained hedonism of the Rakdos can withstand anything. Relationships in the Rakdos have the same lack of taboo and tradition as everything else the Cult does. You can do whatever and know that you won't be judged. Another type of relationship that tends to end more poorly however is from people that the Cult of Rakdos abducts. Sometimes that person has a star performer put their eyes (or other body parts) on them and then it depends. Most end with the eventual death of the abductee or a new Cultist. And sometimes there's a happier end.
 Childhood & Old Age:
Hah. No formal schooling and children will usually be taught by someone who's taken a shine to them. Parents feel very little responsibility, so... child-rearing just happens. Honestly, the Cult of Rakdos generally doesn't have that many children survive - most of their members are dissatisfied teens who run away with the hedonistic horror circus. Old age is a myth to most members of the Cult and on the off chance somebody does make it to what's considered retirement age in other guilds, they'll probably have a great spectacle about it, where they'll parade them around the Rakdos Guildhall, and then thrown into the lava pit where Rakdos himself sleeps.
General Notes: No taboos, no restrictions, no shame, no judgment. Freedom, chaos, chaos - I can do anything!
