Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
 
:: remove all superseded versions of every component in the component store. 
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
 
:: remove backup files that are used to uninstall Service Packs. 
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /SPSuperseded
