need:
2 large-sized pots
1 large casserole dish
500g box of macaroni
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups of milk
500g cheese, shredded
500g package of bacon
directions:
1. start cooking bacon; cook bacon 3/4 of the way, leaving a little pink
2. boil macaroni until fully cooked
3. melt butter in another pot
4. mix in flour
5. add salt and pepper to taste
6. mix in milk a bit at a time, cooking on medium to thicken
7. add in shredded cheese, melt completely
8. mix in macaroni
9. put everything into casserole dish, laying bacon across top, pour excess bacon oil on top
10. cook uncovered at 350F for 30min
