If you create a custom price source in TSM under Settings -> Custom Sources, call it "estimateddeposit", then put this code in there
(1 / dbregionsalerate - 1) * 60% vendorsell
Then go to Tooltip Settings -> Valuesources and highlight the custom sources option expecteddeposit...
Now when you mouse over an item, you can see an estimate on how much you'll spend in deposits based on the sale rate of that item before it sells, Knowledge is Power! Keep in mind this is NOT a definitive amount, it is to help you decide if an item is worth putting on the AH.
