When I call Mojo::DOM::replace with content that includes the following:
 <ac:structured-macro ac:name="include" ac:schema-version="1" ac:macro-id="4e182367-2349-466a-bc85-16f4320f41fe"><ac:parameter ac:name=""><ac:link><ri:page ri:content-title="_Targeting_SegmentsAndSizes4DealsAndPkgs" /></ac:link></ac:parameter></ac:structured-macro>
 And then write the contents of the DOM to disk, it comes out as:
 <ac:structured-macro ac:macro-id="b2cd4907-faf9-40c2-9cdf-7df8bab44aab" ac:name="include" ac:schema-version="1" />
