Set the SR based on the target. SR controls Base DV and ICE composition (§7 table).
Populate three nodes:

Entry — Light. Patrol ICE or a Password. The challenge isn't getting in, it's what's past the door.
Obstacle — Hardest. Black or Tar ICE, high-DV Password, or both. Where counterplay decisions matter.
Objective — File (Eye-Dee), Control Node (Control), or unguarded data. Moderate DV — the Obstacle was the real test.
