Season 6 ep 1 and 2 both have a major easter egg that are the aliens and the entire plot themselves: Slenderman. It's quite interesting no? The aliens have a suit. Slenderman seems to appear everywhere and this is an alien race with no apparent face that is invading the world in secrecy, the Doctor, Amy, Rory, Rivers, and the FBI agent are investigating for 3 months and find out about the aliens' whereabouts. They look back and see them, but they don't remember anything. Thing is, there is the common slenderman reference of "look behind you" all throughout these episodes, both literally speaking and passively obvious. 

The original slenderman had much to do with a young girl, or simply kids. Weird how there is a little girl in a space suit, and then these "slendermans" all around.

Also, in the second episode, I predicted why the aliens are there, but not the reason for what they will do what they will do. 1969, apollo 11 to the moon. The moon is a natural satellite. The aliens, and I quote from Amy are seemingly "post pychic".  A group of the aliens will be aboard the craft, and the little girl who was shot by Amy was of some sort of importance, or it was just a hostage. The aliens could go to the moon, and from there, "broadcast" to the entire world. The world would look up, everyone below would be told a message, maybe go kill themselves, and after the "broadcast" on the moon, the world would have ended, except for the Doctor and maybe Amy and Rory will safe earth yet again. Pretty good for speculation don't you think? Actually, I think that's what the Doctor would think. WELL, that's exactly how he thinks. WELL not exactly, just similar, WELL,... yeah.
