Hello {first_name},

This email is to notify you that you have been outbid on lot {lot_number} {lot_name}. The new asking bid is ${new_asking_bid_amount}.  Bid Now!

Please keep in mind the "30 Minute Rule" will begin starting at 30 minutes before the close of the sale. This means any bids placed within 30 minutes of the sale's closing will automatically extend the entire sale's closing time by an additional 30 minutes. This is designed to protect you from losing lots to sniper bidders trying to place bids right before the closing in hopes no one else will have time to bid again.

Best regards,
