Install NoScript

Load to a Live Twitch.tv channel and open the NoScript Dropdown
Set the following to "Untrusted":
...amazon-adsystem.com
...media-amazon.com

Configure the rest as suitable for you; some others may need to be set to "Trusted" for Twitch to work properly.

Install Tampermonkey

Add Ad Block Script to Tampermonkey

Navigate to the "vaft" folder and import the "vaft.user.js" file.
Don't forget to Enable the script for use on Twitch.
