Pleasure to meet you! I’m working with [Client Contact Name] at [Client] to develop some Customer Testimonial Videos for their site, and they mentioned you had stepped up to support them with a testimonial. Thanks for your time and willingness to do this, it’s much appreciated!

I’ll be setting up and running the testimonial interview, and will be here to support and guide you through each step. We’ll make this fun and easy and make sure it’s a low time commitment from you!

Here’s how it works:

 1. To create the best possible video, we’ll send you a phone stand and a ring light for you to use (this will be yours to keep).

 2. We’ll pick a date and time to film, approximately one hour of your time is all that is needed.

 3. For filming day, we’ll provide you with a Google Meet link - so that I can walk you through any steps and lead our conversation for the testimonial. Meanwhile your phone will be set next to the computer and ready to record [https://prnt.sc/UtyfXjZWvQne]. Make sure it is set to record with a horizontal screen and not vertical.

 4. We’ll send you the list of questions I’ll be asking ahead of time so you can prepare.

 5. Filming!

What’s needed from you right now:

 1. Let us know what kind of phone you plan on using to film.

 2. We highly recommend that for the best filming result that we send you a phone stand and ring light. Please reply with your address and I’ll get it sent over right away.
