gtkperf compiled against cygwin with latest updates as of 2015-02-24 or 2015-02-24 (not sure which):
CYGWIN_NT-10.0-WOW executor 1.7.34(0.285/5/3) 2015-02-04 12:12 i686 Cygwin

These are not very accurate tests. I was interacting with the windows desktop at the same time (even during the -fullscreen test, my 2nd monitor was still a screen update or 2.)
