So I started on steam with sharing an account with a user known as A.R.G. After a bit, he scammed items and got the accounts VAC banned because he cheated in CSGO. I had to get a new account so I made my second huge mistake which I regret, I chose to buy one off of epicnpc from a "trusted seller". I bought and traded items up until a week or two ago when I encountered a guy named "Daniyal Minah De Silva". He did a few trades with a friend of mine, Satan, and myself. The next morning I found out that both of us got shadow banned (trade, market, store, etc.) and I asked a friend of mine, PoN, who is an "ex valve employee" and friend of many many valve employees. He asked a steam support moderator, Benny, to help resolve these issues and the tickets were answered in minutes. Satan and got unbanned because steam support said it was a misunderstanding but for mine, turns out the old owner was trying to claim back account. He of course had the first purchase on the account which basically meant it was checkmate for me but PoN claimed that since he still had connections, he would be able to unban me if I paid 81 (valve employee) 2000 USD. I don't believe the money actually got to 81 at any point but I ended up paying it and after I did, I told PoN my steam login id and he managed to somehow get into my account solely from that and change my email and password. Thankfully due to steam  mobile authenticator, I managed to change my password and email back and I am here again. I don't have any proof that PoN is who he says but he claims to be Quan Phan from Valve and has proven to me that he has access to many things, such as instant steam support replies and giving me badges. He himself also had a Steamworks Developer and a Steam Community Moderator badge before he privated his profile. I doubt he is a real Valve employee so the mistake is on my part but I am done with this platform. I have no chance of getting my account back since the previous owner had the first purchase so I have given up.
