1. sudo apt remove speedtest-cli
2. sudo apt install python3-pip
3. pip3 install speedtest-cli
4. MANUALLY check if following text is in your ~/.profile

if [ -d "$HOME/.local/bin" ] ; then
    PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"
fi
5. logout
6. re-login and profit
