# Copy and past in order - don't try route string as CTD

##Instructions for XBox users
**Keyboard Required, mouse preferable** (If you have no keyboard, you will need to type in the waypoint values below manually using the xbox keyboard from the search box in FS):
- First of all, Load FS, Open World Map, and enter the Departure & Arrival Airport codes
- Next, Load Edge web browser on your Xbox(My Games & apps > All Apps, Edge) 
- Enter this page URL in Edge (please note it is case sensitive!!!)
- Triple click on a line to highlight the entire line
- Right click and select copy from the popup menu (or press ctrl+C on your physical keyboard)
- Switch back to FS World map
- Click in the search box at the top left corner of the map to pop up xbox keyboard
- Paste in by pressing ctrl+v on your physical keyboard then hit enter
- Click on the Custom waypoint coordinates in the search results
- Click the **ADD** menu item on the Custom point which gets added to the map
  - Sometimes if the route goes back on itself, the point will not be added at the correct place on the route. In that case, click on the point again, click the **REMOVE** menu item, then click on the section of the route line where you want the point to be added, and then repeat the search > select add process, and this will add the point within the highlighted section of the route.
- Repeat for all points (other than starting and ending airports which need to be added in the source and destination)
- TIP: you can quickly switch between apps by hitting the Windows key on your hardware keyboard, hitting the down arrow 3 times, then hitting the Enter key - saves having to keep picking the controller up!
- Make Sure you save the plan when done - Load the EFB and click the Save button at the top and select the appropriate menu item to save PLN - avoids having to reenter


# Not possible due to current CTD bug in EFB route string entry when entering none ICAO standard waypoints (coordinates / RNAV etc.)

~~After loading the flight, and dependent on what aircraft you are using, you may need to repeat the EFB steps after loading the flight - you should just be able to paste the already copied test into the route string at that point...~~
