Quick fix for Chatty due to broken emoticons Twitch API endpoint:

The file name should just be "emoticons", remove any extension like ".txt" if it gets added to it when you download it.
Put the "emoticons" file into the Chatty settings directory (to find out what the Chatty settings directory is, go into Chatty and enter the "/dir" command or "/openDir" to directly open it), then close Chatty and restart it.
The file is dated to 2015-04-01, so until then Chatty won't update emoticons automatically and only load it from file (so new emotes won't show up). If you use "/refresh emoticons" and the refresh succeeds, the file will be replaced.
(The date of the file itself doesn't matter, the timestamp that Chatty reads is inside the file.)
