 Tl;dr: Cirno-nee can go fuck himself for being a mythomaniac, terrible PR manager/ admin in general, insecure brat, and complete retard for still trying to paint the server as a revival of Touhou Hale. Go get sued by the MMD creators already.

 	Cirno changes server group and has a vote to region lock the server to South America. The thing is, very few people (like only 4 people AND NOT EVEN THE ACTUAL SERVER OWNER) were invited into the new group, as well as the vote was run by Cirno’s own fans or whatever he calls his “League”. Who are probably all like him (all the offense. Hi idiots). This means that, just about no one from the Nero FF2 group actually has a say in matters regarding the server. Nice fucking job of interacting with the community.
	Today, August 30, 2016, Cirno posts like 8-10 announcements in Not-Actually-Touhou Hale Test Project about some bullshit. Why are you blaming ChData? He doesn’t go on your server. Fuck off and stop shitting on him. It’s not like YOU even code, run, pay, and interact with your server and community. “We’re distancing ourselves from ChData.” Good. I’m sure ChData never wanted to be related to an empty server with paranoid and rude admins. OH. And now that the polls are in a stalemate, you want to “directly compete with ChData’s server”. Do you even read what you type?
	Holy shit, stop picking on people. Especially the Koreans. They don’t need your bullshit ruining their server(s). In fact, why are you even still arguing with them? Because you’re running off with their models again? As I said before in my previous pastebin, STILL NO FUCKING MENTIONS OF THE ORIGINAL MMD MODELERS AFTER THREATENING KORTHHALE2 WITH LAWSUITS. Seriously, the fact that you’re merging with GamerLive.cl voids your server exclusivity with the MMD modelers permission (which I’m sure was a lie too) and you can potentially get sued. Use your head, dumbshit.

	This is your server description. Holy shit, it’s inaccurate and barely even readable. If you want proper rules and a description, then I’ll literally translate (read: rewrite 85% of your lies) them for anyone to read. Not because I’m nice, but because NO ONE CAN OR WILL READ THE ONE YOU WROTE.

	Here’s Cirno’s bullshit: “We have touhou models, but they’re for player models, so that’s what a Touhou Hale 2 revival is”. No, it’s fucking not. If you actually been to Night Rose, ChData’s server, or the original ThHale2 server, you would be able to tell that a Touhou Hale would be the Touhous as the Hales. Not fucking player models. If anything, the player models should be basic or pretty funny models that wouldn’t be useful as an actual hale. No. You use perfectly good models as your own personal player model, that only a small pool of 5-6 players can actually fucking use instead of attempting to code them into (not very) creative bosses for the mercs to fight. Instead, you just download whatever FF2 Freaks you can find and still consider your server “Touhou Hale”. For the love of Lady Tatara, get rid of the non-Touhou hales and actually try to code the 2hu models you have, or fucking get rid of the Touhou Hale 2 name. 
 	Defaulting your server means this: Only the South Americans can join the bot-filled server. The Asians wouldn't join, even if you didn't region locked, since KorThHale2 is functioning pretty well without needing you. There would be no point of advertising the server, since the playerbase is practically 10 players and the community are non-TF2 players on Facebook watching streams of an empty server. Is there even any enjoyment in playing with 9 bots that don't leave spawn? If that's your idea of fun, then it most certainly isn't ThHale2.  
 	Still no interaction with the community except on Facebook, where everyone adores Cirno Scarlet for some reason (and doesn’t even play on the server). Cirno’s still being Major Dipshit because Facebook is fucking him over on something, so he’s going to pin his problems on the server and other people. Why the fuck did I even bother writing another incoherent pastebin again? Piss off.
