Our in-house team of link audit experts just completed the review of your backlink profile.
When we reviewed Google's Latest Links, we found that the links that Semrush identified as "toxic" were not present in Google's Latest Links. {LINK TO FILE}
This is great news! This means that Google is essentially already ignoring these links by not indexing them.

Based on this finding, we do not recommend creating or uploading a disavow file.
We generally do not compile disavows for clients unless they are already experiencing a manual penalty in Google Search Console and have rapidly built unnatural or low-quality links.
More recently, Google's Search Liason, John Mueller, has made multiple comments about how disavows can be damaging to a website's performance.
