We are a community of users from the ThHale2 group with a purpose of providing a South American-only community where players and admins can enjoy themselves in an environment dictated by Cirno Scarlet. Cirno Scarlet was able to threaten the Kor group into giving up models, so we will be pretend to be the newest ThHale2 group (The original ThHale2 server shut down due to lack of players, donors pretending to be admins, and expensive server costs with no one even playing.).

  Rules: 
Be nice, play fair, and respect the admins (except Cirno Scarlet) and the moderators. 
 1. No insults, racism, personal attacks on other players.
 2. No micspam. Please comply when an admin/players ask you to lower your mic or you will be muted. 
 3. If there are any issues going on, refer to an admin or moderator (Beware, admins may record without player knowledge for clear proof of server incidents).
 4. Donating 5 Mann. Co keys will grant you Perma-Donor status in the server, which gives access to basic admin commands and other neat shit.
  Forums, such as ban appeals, etc., will be added for player and admin convenience for community interaction. Of course, Cirno Scarlet will maintain such discussions with an iron fist, so why would you even bother posting any criticism that could actually improve the server?

  Touhou Hale models are taken from KorHale after threatening them with lawsuits and forcing their modeler to work for us.   
 We respect the creators of the following models that we stole from KorHale then blackmailed them with lawsuits:

We are using them under fair use for entertainment purposes and swear we won't repost the models to other sites, though now that we are merging with GamerLive.cL, we have void any agreements with the original modelers. Copyrights and rights reserved goes to the MMD modelers. We edit and port models here BECAUSE WE CAN AND DON’T GIVE A SHIT.
