As we've migrated client notes over to Guru, we've identified an opportunity to spruce up and/or reorganize specific cards, including creating more white space if applicable, with the end goal to make the card super user-friendly and accessible for the entire team! To help boost the readability of all our Copywriting Notes Guru cards, could we tackle some "Client Notes Formatting Glow-Up" sessions in Guru?

We're looking for 4-6 Guru Copywriting Notes cards that could use more white space or bullet lists for readability and skimmability. You may have personal knowledge of client notes that could make great candidates!

<b>Process</b>
These "glow-ups" can include things like splitting up large walls of text into individual bullet points for greater readability, creating more white space between individual notes, adding bolding for emphasis, adding more bullet lists, and more! Our goal is to ensure each card's sections and individual points within each section are easy to read and skim through.
Best practices for Client Notes Formatting Glow-Up sessions:
- Do not change, edit or rearrange any of the subheadings in the card itself (Company Overview, Key Benefits, etc.). Those should stay as-is. :)
- Once you've edited a card and clicked "Publish," double-check your work to make sure all your changes look good on your end.
After completing your glow-up sessions, tag in your PM. Your PM will review your work and comment back to you!
