This is just tips on how to install Loopback Adapter on Windows. The new Wireshark no longer support capturing packet on localhost. So, this is useful for user that are using Wireshark to test something just on localhost.
 * This tips is based on Windows 7. But other Windows should have same principles.
** Assuming you are NOT using Microsoft Windows ME, 98 and below.
 1. From Start Menu > Run > type 'hdwwiz.exe' and ENTER.
2. 'Add Hardware' window appeared. Click Next.
3. Choose 'Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced). Click Next.
4. From the list select 'Network Adapters'. Click Next.
5. Select 'Microsoft' of the left pane.
6. On the right pane, select 'Microsoft Loopback Adapter'.
7. Click Next and you are ready to install.
To capture packet from localhost using Wireshark, you need a tools called RawCap. Download it here:
http://www.netresec.com/?page=RawCap
 1. Open command prompt, run RawCap.exe
2. Select Loopback adapter from console.
3. Type pcap output filename or just leave it default.
4. Press Enter to start capture localhost network packet.
5. Once you're done, press CTRL+C to stop the RawCap.exe
6. By default, your .pcap file should be save at the same directory with RawCap.exe
7. Open that .pcap file with your Wireshark.
 Thats it.
