If you were unable to accept the request on the page, a Business Account likely has a claim on the page. You'll be able to see this in the "Page Access" area! With this, you'll need to accept the request in Meta Business Manager. The steps are below!
1. Open Meta Business Manager by going to https://business.facebook.com/
- You will see something similar to this if you have access - https://webpagefx.mangoapps.com/msc/MTQwMzczOV8xMjE1MzI4OA
2. Navigate to Business Settings by clicking the gear in the bottom left of the screen. You should now see this - https://webpagefx.mangoapps.com/msc/MTQwMzc0OV8xMjE1MzMxMA
3. In the left-hand bar, click “Requests.” (https://webpagefx.mangoapps.com/msc/MTQwMzc1Nl8xMjE1MzMyNA) The Page Access request can be approved in the Received tab.
