- kill every russian in the area by slitting their throat with a knife
- do not use guns unless the game requires it
- do not use stealth camouflage item

- sneaking suit
- M1911A1 or an anesthetic handgun

- always wear sneaking suit camouflage (except when disguised as Raikov)
- play on hard difficulty
- infiltrate every area and gather it's supplies, sabotage any vehicles, and blow up ammo and food depots
- hide any bodies you kill 
- salvage everything from anyone you take hostage or kill
- say it is your first time playing the game and use that equipment
- do not use the patriot (The Boss's gun)
- kill The Boss MGS 4 style: CQC
- kill The Pain without going under water
- drown yourself when you face The Sorrow
- kill The Fury with CQC and handguns 
- kill Volgin with Knife-in-hand CQC
- destroy the shagohod with bullets
- escape the cell after being tortured in Groznyj Grad without the radio or vomiting 
- use LF meds and healing radio
