Eggnog has nothing to do with this theory. The eggnog theory name came from the beginning of negative and positive and I tried negpot theory, but it didn't make sense, yet I liked the two syllable sound, so I tried pegnot and it sounds a lot like eggnog. Ever heard of the mpemba effect? It's the effect that occurs when you place hot water in an ice tray, and put it in the freezer. The mpemba effect says that hot water freezes faster than cold water. No one has found a reason as to why this is, until now. Let's talk about vacuums. Vacuums have that mysterious and odd energy that comes from "nothing", which that nothing is just another way to say "pressure". That is what pressure is, but a vacuum is not pressure. This is where I say, a vacuum is *Negative Space*, and anything that occupies it (such as matter/ anti-matter/ any-matter) is *Positive Space*. Since E = mc^2, all energy turns into mass, which is a measure of matter, and therefore positive space. Thus you can say there is *positive energy* and *negative energy*. How does this apply to the mpemba effect? Well for one it's a great analogy, but it is rather like an oxymoron since pos/neg space is the same as pos/neg energy. The same as a vacuum wants all positive space/energy to occupy it, so does energy. Coldness is not a form of energy, it is a term to say there is a lack of it. Thermal energy to be precise. The heat energy wants to rush into the very cold matter surrounding it, where as the very cold water simply takes its dang time transferring what little heat it has into the matter surrounding it. Eggnog Theory: <energy> wants to rush into <another medium> surrounding it, where as the <medium with not much energy> simply takes its dang time transferring what little <energy> it has into the <medium> surrounding it.
